I am a part of this esteemed institution since 4 years. I truly believe that this school is not just a school for its students but a second home where they are free to express, grow and learn.

In this journey I have learned a lot from my mentors on how to fully optimize my skills and use them for holistic development of children. I am part of Brilliance since 1 year and it has been very eventful. I have evolved as a teacher and felt a positive change in my overall personality. The environment in Brilliance is very liberating and enthusiastic as I can use various new methods of teaching. A lot of cultural activities are being conducted throughout the session in order to make students aware of Indian traditions. In my opinion no other school in the area provides such an environment and growth for learning.

It was one of the best experiences of my life. I have always loved children. So, I was very excited about my work too. As a fresher in the field of education, I wasvery excitedon my first day to get plugged into the classroom with small children.I not only tried to make learning fun but also raised the graph of learning of children. This teaching experience gave me a view of what it is that I could potentially be doing a few years from now and I am more than excited to explore this amazing field with big responsibilities and challenges that no other job has. It is a blessing for me to be surrounded by children who show their trust in me with their hugs and sweet wordsevery day.

I will always be very thankful to Brilliance school which considers professional development of teachers as a part of holistic development of child (better teachers, better students). Workshops for teachers and students are conducted on regular basis which enhances the skills and let the students explore beyond the four walls of the classroom. I have turned into a professional teacher with all the support of the organization especially our Principal ma'am who keeps on motivating us and help us in improving by her continuous guidance. Involvement of all the children and hands on activity has been the chief area where the school’s heart lie which makes this school a perfect learning platform for every child.
